For businesses with 20+ employees
AI labs and their partners could pay$100K–$2M+for data you already have.
We work for you, not the buyer. We take your data to several buyers so you can pick the best deal.
Estimates only. Offers vary by company.
Illustration: company records have private details removed, become a dataset, train a model, and lead to an example license offer.
The work is already done.
Buyers pay to license it.
Tickets, job files, playbooks and project history show how real work gets done. AI teams pay to license that.

Pick the best deal
Buyers make offers. We help you read the terms and choose. You sign directly with the buyer.
It costs you nothing.
- Who pays us
- The buyer. When a deal closes, the buyer pays us a referral fee. It never comes out of your payment.
- Who you sign with
- You sign a data license directly with the buyer. You agree on what data is included and how it can be used.
- What stays out
- We do not take customer personal data, payment data, patient records, privileged legal files or call recordings to buyers.
Estimate
Four questions. One example range.
This uses the same factors buyers look at first: size, age, industry and where the work lives.
Data that buyers ask for.
Buyers want real examples of work, in the tools you already use.

What does Data Pony do?
Data Pony is a seller-side broker for company data. We figure out what your records are worth, take them to the buyers that fit and help you choose between offers. Nothing moves without your yes.
Why would an AI company pay for our data?
Models already know the public internet. What they lack is how real businesses work day to day: the requests, the judgment calls, the follow-through. Your records hold thousands of those examples, so buyers pay to license them.
Who sees our files?
Not unless you say so. The first conversations need no files. If you go ahead, the buyer tells you in writing who sees the data, how it gets prepared and what ends up in the final set.
Do you buy the data?
No. We work on your side. We find the buyers, bring your company to the ones that fit and help you compare their offers. The license is always between you and the buyer.
How fast do deals close?
Each buyer sets its own timing. The buyer confirms it in writing before you sign.
Is our company a fit?
Most buyers look for 20+ employees, 3+ years in business and day-to-day work that runs through software. Use the estimate above or book a call and we'll tell you.
Do we keep ownership of our data?
No, you keep it. A license lets the buyer use an agreed copy of the data while you keep ownership. The contract spells out the rights and limits.
Do you charge a fee?
Nothing. The buyer pays our referral fee when a deal closes.
How much could our company earn?
It depends on the data you have, how many years it covers and what buyers need right now. Published offers in this market run from about $100K to $2M+ per company. Any range we give you is an estimate, not a guaranteed payout.
